Cél

A tantárgy megismerteti a résztvevőkkel a mentori munka komplex feladatrendszerét, és lehetőséget nyújt a számukra, hogy a különböző feladatokat szerepdimenziókhoz kötve osztályozzák és rendszerezzék. A kurzus ismeretanyaga megpróbál segíteni az esetleges szerepkonfliktusok enyhítésében azáltal, hogy a mentori szereppel teljes egységében foglalkozik.


Cél angol

The course will introduce the participants in the complex task of mentoring system. And gives them a chance to classify and systematise the different tasks in the dimensions of roles. The course put in focus the roles conflicts mitigation by analysing mentoring role.


Tartalom

A félév során a hallgatók a következő nagy témakörökkel ismerkednek meg: A mentori munka definíciója; A mentor helye és szerepe a gyakorlati tanárképzésben; A mentori szerepek dimenziói; Szervezési feladatok; A támogató szerepkör; Szakmai felelősség és a mentori munka; A mentor, mint a változás katalizátora; Szerepkonfliktusok a mentori munka során; A mentori munka tágabb területei: szaktanácsadás, szakértői szerepek.


Tartalom angol

The students learn about the next big topics during the semester: the definition of mentoring work; The place and role of the mentor in practical teacher training; The dimensions of mentoring roles; Organizational tasks; The supporting role; Professional liability and mentoring; The mentor as a catalyst for change; Roles conflicts during the mentoring work; Broader areas of mentoring work: consulting, expert roles.
